Making and Applying Signature Files

Outlook Express Signature Files
Netscape Email...applying a signature file.
Go into any "txt" editor, like Microsoft Word, Word Perfect, or
even your windows notepad.
Type what you want as a signature.
Save the file with the extension of ".txt."
Remember what directory you save the file in. Name it "sig.txt."
Next, go into Netscape and click on "edit"
If you will look at the bottom of this graphic, you will see "Signature
File"
If you remember where you saved the "sig.txt" file, type it in. If
you
don't remember, click "choose" and go and find the file.
Double click on the file and you are ready to use your signature file.

Outlook Express Signature Files
Open the Outlook Express program by clicking on the small envelope
at the bottom of your desktop.
Click on "tools", click on "Options"
Click on "Signatures"
You can click on "text" and type in what you want as a file and it
will set it up for you automatically,
or you can click on "file" and then "browse" and find you file. Double
clicking on it
will set it up for your email service.
