You must have version 4.03 or higher to use the email feature and have it set up correctly.

To find out what version you have, start up mls and click on "help".  Go to version? A lot of REALTORS have asked me if I knew how to "email" off of MLS??   Well, I finally came across someone who knew the answer.  When in MLS, after looking up the mls number, stay on "browse" mode instead of "view mode".Click on the listing that you want to email and right mouse click on the listing. Click on email listing. The only problem I know of is you can only send 1 listing at a time using the email feature.

The set up is easy.

          Before dialing up MLS click on the button "email". Click on "setup".
                        "My Name" = username for email
          Email Server= either "mail.(your server name)" or "pop.(your server
                                   name)"
          You can go into your browser and click on email servers to see which
                                server you use.
