Emailing Your Listings
 

To email your listing from your web site, just go to the listing
 that you want to email, and click on the “mail this article” button.
(If you have this feature offered by Webmaster International.)
Follow the online prompts.

If you do not have this feature, you will have to save the listing
to a directory and then email it as an attachment. However, they
will not receive all the information with the pictures.

Email from Realtor.com

To email your listing from Realtor. Com,
go to their web site, click on find property in San Antonio,
type in the MLS number and when it comes up, click on
“mail this to a friend” Fill out the form and send.

Emailing from MLS or Boris

To email your listing from the Boris Program, there are several
steps that you must do before you can email directly from Boris.
Open up Boris.
Click on "Setup Menu"

Fill in the blanks.
The name is your username.
Mail server is the company that you dial up through. Flash.net, aol, stic.net...etc.

You can type in your signature here also.
After you have filled in the blanks, click "OK"
Close out the program.
Restart the program.
Search for the listing that you want to email.
Click on "tools" and send the email.
