Using Netscape
        - Go to the 'edit' menu at the top of the screen
        Select 'preferences' from the pull down menu
        Select 'advanced' in the bottom left of the preference window
        Check the 'enable Java' and 'enable JavaScript' checkboxes
        Push the 'OK' button
        Close and restart your browser

Using Internet Explorer
        - Go to the 'view' menu at the top of the screen
        Select 'Internet options' from the pull down menu
        Select the 'Advanced' tab
        Check the 'Java console enabled' 'Java JIT compiler enabled' and
        'Java logging enabled' checkboxes
        Close and restart your browser
