Backing Up Your Address Book and Bookmarks

Netscape

Go to “start”, then to “windows explorer”.
Find where your Netscape program is located.
 (Usually under “Program Files)
Find the “default” file. Copy all the contents
 to another directory or the “a” drive on diskette.
This will save your bookmarks and address book

Saving the bookmarks and favorites in Internet Explorer

Bookmarks or Favorites

Go to “windows explorer”
Go to C:\WINDOWS\Favorites
Highlight the directory and copy it to another
directory or to the “a” drive on diskette.

Outlook Express
 

In order to save your address book in Outlook Express,
go to “start” on your desktop.
Click on “find.” Click on “files and folders”
Type in the following: “*.wab”
When the program finds the file, click on it and copy
it to diskette. This will save your address book
